When Do I Need Private Care?
"My family and I were faced with having to quickly organize caretakers for my Mother due to post-hospital discharge orders. Both parents were resistant to having “strangers” in their home. The UltraStaff employees were wonderful to our Mother. They not only took excellent care of her but provided a second pair of eyes watching out not only for her but for our Father as well. The Certified Nurse Aides were always on time. They assisted her with her physical needs, assured she took her daily medicines and provided light meals each day. As Mom’s nursing needs were reduced, they also provided light housekeeping duties. They preferred to stay busy when not attending to their patient. We LOVED the RN who conducted the initial assessment and her professionalism alleviated the family's fears regarding caretaker assistance. It was overall a very successful experience and we will certainly use UltraStaff again in the future. I would highly recommend them to any family facing this type of crisis."
